The Lazbuddie II Wind Energy Center is a proposed 300-megawatt wind power generation facility located in Parmer County, Texas. Land-based wind energy is critical to meeting growing demand with reliable, affordable energy, while strengthening local economies, creating jobs, securing American energy independence, and delivering cost savings for consumers.

Project Location

Construction on Lazbuddie I Wind is underway. The 275 MW project will power over 100,000 homes. Lazbuddie II construction is expected to start in 2026-2027.
